Data you send us
When you fill in the contact, booking or job registration forms, we receive what you write, such as your name, company, phone number, email, country, the service you need and the details of your request, and your CV if you attach one.
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your message and the contact details shown with it.
Usage data
We use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate, such as the most visited pages, where visits come from, country, device type and clicks on contact buttons. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, such as visits to service pages, clicks on contact buttons and submitted requests, and to show our ads to people who visited the site. When you send a service request, we send Meta your email and phone number hashed so they cannot be reversed, to learn which ad the request came from, and we never send the content of your message. We send no personal data from job applications.
The salary and insurance calculators and the barcode generator run inside your browser, and what you enter is not sent to any server.
How we use data
We use your data to reply to your request, deliver the service you ask for and follow up with you about it, and to improve the site's content and performance.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the site, namely hosting, email, Google Analytics and Meta, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for up to two years and CVs for up to one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Google Analytics keeps visit data for 14 months and then deletes it automatically.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to info@reformgrp.com and we reply within seven working days.
You can control the ads you see in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account, or block cookies in your browser.
Protection
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted requests is limited to the team that handles them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way the site works changes, and we show the date of the last update at the top of this page.
